The goal of this project was to move existing kitchenette from one of the main rooms into a spacious hall, which would make both main rooms independent and thus suitable for student's flat-sharing. The main requirements were lowest price, simplicity, declared materials, open bracket base and highest possible level of DYI.
OSB boards have been chosen as the main material - their low price and easy processing matches the requirements plus their distinctive and alternative appearance characterizes it's future users. This visage is underlined by handles in form of roping eyes for flight cases as well as by chandelier created from three kitchen graters hanging on a triplet of visible cables.
